Barry's RIDE offers the Greatest Workout in the World... on a stationary bike.
While the original Barry's workout includes cardio by way of guided runs on a treadmill, Barry's RIDE replaces those treadmills with stationary bikes. You'll spend the cardio portion of the class on the bike and the strength portion of the class working with free weights and resistance bands at your designated bench on the floor.
The workout is instructor-led, includes the same signature red lights, music, and energy you'd find in a traditional Barry's class.
